➜01. I will never understand the unnecessary bitchiness certain girls exhibit on a regular basis. The world does not revolve around you, please stop.
02. Why don’t girls team up more? Why is it always about trying to be “better” than some other girl? Men are the real enemy people! (jk, but you know what i mean)
03. Every so often, a girl I think is really cool… turns out to be a total snob (which is actually a cover for giant insecurities). And my inevitable utter disappointment follows.
04. If a girl is pretty or smart or good at something, why is the default setting “jealousy” for most of her fellow girls? You have your own talents, focus on those! No need to tear someone else down. SMH.
05. Maybe this post isn’t even really about girls. Maybe it’s just about people in general. Where have all the good people gone? Losing faith here.

Spent the day with one of my busiest homegirls (girrlll open up your sched!), and whaddya know, she’d experienced similar mistreatment from someone eerily twin-like to the source of my own. Reaffirmed: when something isn’t right, trust your gut, and ask your homies. (Seems so obvious, and yet…) And when they respond with ‘you’ve got to be kidding me’ and ‘hell to the fuck no,’ heed their advice.
Dismissed my instincts for a while - easy enough to do when you’ve spent two years living in the land of K-pop and conformity - but damn, lesson learned. Thank god we’re picking up right where we left off, as if 2 years was simply a week; sitting around laughing about how we’ve all gone “soft.” [and getting married and having babies! WTF!!!] Although they’ve admittedly calmed down a ton since our rebellious aZn days, they’ve still got a bit of bite left, and fuck I’ve missed it.
